  an annual basis and make recommendations to keep
  you competitive in today’s market.

• We will assist you in correct coding to assure
  optimal reimbursement.

• We will handle all billing inquiries to free your
  staff of this responsibility.

• We will provide you with detailed end-of-month reports.

Our Fee Structure


Billing Fees
Fees are competitively priced and based on the
specific service provided. Clients are billed monthly
and invoices are due upon receipt.

Set-up fees(one time charge) are to be paid at the
time of account set-up. The set-up fee is dependent
on the number of clinic sites and the number of doctors
per site. Fees will vary per practice structure.

Supplemental Fees
Fees for Supplemental Services are negotiated
at time of request.
